How To Listen

Cape Fear Radio offers a number of options to listen, including our website, smart speakers such as Alexa and our free mobile app, which can stream music through most cars. The variety of listening options offer you the flexibility to fit your lifestyle where and where you want to listen, with higher-quality reception than traditional FM receivers.

On the Web - Click on the "Listen Now" link on the Cape Fear Radio website. Once the player is open on your desktop or tablet you can close the Cape Fear Radio website and continue to browse the web — the player will remain open until you close it.

On Alexa Smart Speaker - If this is the first time you are using Alexa to listen to Cape Fear Radio OR if Alexa stops responding to an "Alexa, play Cape Fear Radio" voice command, you will need to enable (or re-enable) the skill. Do this by telling Alexa: "Alexa, Enable Cape Fear Radio Inc skill". Once enabled, from that point on just say, "Alexa, Play Cape Fear Radio".

The Cape Fear App - Go to Apple’s App Store or Google Play to download the Cape Fear Radio App – it’s free. There are two ways to download the App - via QR code or manual search.
